Property Buyer’s Guide

While buying a freehold property of any kind in Northern Cyprus there are regulations to be followed. For instance the title deed (or “kocan”, in Turkish) will be transferred into the property buyer’s name once permission has been granted by the Northern Cyprus Ministry of Interior.
